Hi there. I have a 7 month old who has been eating solids for the past month. She readily eats most things I give her so is definately not fussy, however at dinner times i don't want her to get bored with having the same old veges and want to give her more variety. I was wondering when is a good age to introduce meat to her diet and/or if anyone has any good dinner time suggestions.
